Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Products
All products sold by NEXCELL Biolabs are research-grade compounds for laboratory use only. For sterility, safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nexcellbiolabs.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, reach out and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we ship a replacement at no charge.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
